I am just a sign....

I am just a sign, a little ol’ sign. I work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to promote your name, business and the house for sale upon which I sit. I generate countless number of sign calls and leads for you every day. In fact 36% of all real estate leads come from me, and I have 1 in 10 conversion rate for buyers. I know what you are thinking, “But what about the internet?” Yes, he is the new kid in town claiming to be the big lead generator on campus, but is he standing at the listed property’s yard all day and night in sometimes unbearable weather conditions calling to everyone who passes by, “Call Me, Buy Me!”?? , I don’t think so! The fact is: I work and I am here to stay!

Since I am here to stay and considering all the work I do for you, I think I have earned the right to ask you just one little favor: Please take care of me and by all means hang me nicely! When I say hang me nicely I mean give me a home that not only represents the amount of money you spend on me each year, but a home that gives me the platform to scream from the rooftops, “My Agent is the Best!”. Your clients, your broker and most importantly your brand will appreciate the attention to detail and the resulting benefits will astonish you.

To Illustrate my point as to why my colleagues and I are a bit disgruntled I would like to share a couple photos taken from recent listing stops:

These poor signs are friends of mine and they are not happy about their current situations. Us signs talk to each other and gossip just like you do. We know it’s nobody's fault that we end up looking like this. Circumstances like your busy schedule and the weather (don’t even get me started with the weather!) are often the reasons we look mistreated and ignored. However, we are hearing that there is a solution. Some friends on SignBook have been posting recent pictures of themselves all decked out with the newest fashions and have been raving about their new homes. Take a look for yourselves:

Now that’s what I’m talking about! After asking around at various sign shops, recycling yards and real estate offices, I discovered how our agents can help us all out and give us the new homes we are desperately demanding, um I mean seeking. The answer lies is a company called Post Up Signs.

Post Up Signs is a local Oklahoma City company that is installing these signs at listings all around the metro area. The concept is simple and is used in virtually every other region of the United States. Once you take a listing, you simply visit the website www.postupsigns.com. Fill out the installation form and presto, your sign will be posted at your listing in 1-2 business days. Once you have sold the home, you simply revisit www.postupsigns.com, fill out the removal form and your sign will be removed in 1-2 business days. As for me, I will then be stored safely in a nice warm place waiting for the next time you need me.

Word on the street is that Post Up Signs saves you valuable time so that you can do what you do best, Sell Real Estate! Some signs are even saying they are seeing more traffic at their listings and generating more sign calls.

Alright, enough about me. I have got to get back to work promoting your name, brokerage and most importantly the listing I am tending to right now. Promise me you will check out Post Up Signs, and I promise you that I will work even harder for you and your clients. Deal? Deal!

Signed (HA HA, even signs have a sense of humor),

Your Friendly Real Estate Sign
